The preliminary investigation report is presented to Mr. Wing, and represents the first milestone in the project. If Mr. Wing accepts your report, you may proceed to the Analysis Phase. If Mr. Wing rejects your report, you should return to the CBIS offices and review areas of weakness in your report, investigate the problem further, and resubmit your report. If you have made several attempts at submitting your report, and find that Mr. Wing still will not accept your report, return to the CBIS offices and consult with Alex (his desk has his name on it). Alex will take you through the preliminary investigation, explaining the details.
