Torquay offers many challenges for young minds, helping the children to realize their potential in many areas, including music, math, and sports. Students consistently achieve high standing in the annual Mathematics contests and are celebrating victories in both boys' and girls' volleyball again this year. The school is blessed with an excellent tutorial staff that give up many hours of their own time to encourage and help the children to succeed on their many endeavours.
April 1997 saw the astounding presentation of Disney Night. This night of music, dance, song and fun involved every child in the school and played to a packed house of supportive parents, relatives, and friends. Once again the staff worked along side the children, offering encouragement, direction and a very special feeling of care and friendship.
